Working Process of Beston Charcoal Making Machine
1. Feeding System
Beston charcoal making machine adopts conveyor belt to transport the bamboo shavings to the charcoal furnace.
2. Charcoal Making
After the raw materials enter the charcoal furnace, the heating area will pyrolysis the materials. The temperature can reach about 380-450 degrees.
3. Discharging
After carbonization, you can get charcoal. Beston designed water condenser system to cool down the charcoal. The temperature can be controlled below 30 degrees.
